Meet Briana Shaw, Founder and Head Clay Artist at Carlise Clay. She’s on a mission to help women find and maintain their confidence by expressing their unique style through clay accessories.

Shaw was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and continues to draw inspiration from her hometown as well as the many places she’s felt comfortable enough to call home.

“My pieces are unique and inspired by the concept of home,” says Shaw. “In life we come and go from many homes. Yet our original home, ourselves and our bodies, stays the same. We take pride in taking care of our homes, decorating them uniquely and we are generally grateful to have them. The same should be true for ourselves and our bodies. We should take pride in them. No matter what you look like or where you come from, everyone deserves to look and feel their best. It is my hope that women can achieve that when wearing my jewelry.”

For Shaw, this brand isn’t about making money or grabbing the world’s attention. It’s about making beautiful pieces that challenge her unique creativity and make her customers feel as gorgeous as they are.

Her geometric and colorful creations come in a range of playful shapes to suit many preferences. If you’re not sure where to start, her top sellers include The Bailey, The Sunnybrook Rd pattern and the Cheyenne shape. The delicate stud packs also allow for a variety of colors and patterns without having to choose just one.

Be sure to visit the Carlisle Clay website often, as Shaw is preparing to release some new items inspired by architecture and contemporary home decor. She also plans to restock some of the most popular styles in the coming months.
