Meet Cayla Renee’, owner of Drip Swimwear and a fashion designer striving to revolutionize the idea of the “perfect body.” It all started after countless failed trips to shop for bathing suits. The standard styles on the racks didn’t fit Renee’s body type or make her feel confident. Seven years ago, she decided to create a unique design that could be tied and styled in six different ways. It would be the swimsuit for every body type, from petite to plus size.
“I created the first Drip swimsuit with self love and body positivity in mind,” Renee’ tells BLK OCEANS. “When you own Drip Swimwear, you can be confident that you are always ready for swimsuit season. We know that all bodies are different and we want to celebrate those differences one wrap style at a time.”

Today, Renee’ has released over ten different collections. While many brands have struggled to stay afloat this year, Renee’ has used this time to refocus her creative energy and rethink her future collections.
“2020 has been a surprisingly productive year for me as a designer. The peace and quiet really helped me reset my creativity and find peace through my creative process,” Renee’ reflects.

With growth on the horizon, Drip Swimwear is set to release mini collections and a nude series this year. They will be offering four shades of brown suits just in time to add to your fall wardrobe. The nude series will also feature new textures and can be worn as a bodysuit as well as a swimsuit.
Renee’ also plans on re-releasing Drip Lingerie in time for the holidays, with styles available in red and black lace. The nude series launches on Friday, September 25, 2020 and Drip Lingerie is scheduled to launch sometime in mid-October.
